Q. How can I purchase tickets for the tours? How many days in advance do I have to buy the tickets?
A. Click here to request for a tour. You would have to book a tour 3 days in advance.

Q. Are there discounted prices for children?
A. Yes, children aged below 12 years enjoy up to 40% off the original ticket pricing.

Q. What are included in the tour?
A. The cost of each tour covers the respective food portion, transport and a 500ml bottle of water.

Q. Where is the meeting point for the tour?
A. Kindly refer to the details section on the tour description page to find out the respective meeting point for each tour.

Q. Is there a minimum requirement for the number of participants?
A. Yes, the minimum number of participants for all our tours is currently 5 pax. However, that depends on the tour package. Kindly refer to the respective tour description page for the recommended tour size.

Q. Will the tours be cancelled in the event of a bad weather?
A. No, the tours would not be cancelled due to bad weather.

Q. Are tours only offered in English?
A. All our guides are proficient in both English and Mandarin.

Q. How many people can attend a tour?

A. You would be contacted by your respective tour guide for the specifics of the tour.

During the Tour

Q. What if I have certain food allergies?
A. Kindly specify your food allergy when you are booking a tour and also inform your respective tour guide at the start of the tour.

Q. Are cameras allowed during the tours?
A. Yes, cameras are allowed during the tour.

Q. Would I be able to leave in the middle of a tour?
A. We would recommend participants to stay for the entire duration of the tour.

Q. Can I bring my pets along with me during the tour?
A. We regret to inform that pets are not allowed during the tour.

Q. How much walking are involved in the tour?
A. There is generally minimal walking during the tours as there would be a chartered bus/van that would bring the group around.

Q. Are the tours wheelchair-friendly?
A. We regret to inform that our tours are currently not wheelchair friendly. We are still upgrading our services to serve you better.

Q. Can I shop during the tour?
A. We recommend participants to follow the instructions from the tour guides and refrain from wandering off. You may request for some time to shop during the tours but this is subjected to the approval from your respective guides.

Q. Are there restroom breaks between tours?
A. Yes, there would be restroom breaks in between the tours.
